Dear Islanders,
We hope Telus has made it's way to your home to repair any broken or damaged phone & internet lines.
Our initial contact was provided with a list of all the people who contacted me, and he also took photos for his phone so it could be shared around.
While two technicians did follow up a couple times with questions or confirmations, I'm not convinced there has been ongoing effective communication between the various technicians.
