Tuesdays - 9:30- 10:30, doors open at 9:15 for set up

Fridays- 9:15-10:15, doors open at 9 for set up

No running no jumping warm up.

We use weights and/or bands, floor mats or chairs. All at your own discretion.

Stretches to finish up.

All abilities welcome.
