Salmon Wellington - wild Pacific salmon wrapped in puff pastry, caramelized leeks, spinach and dill pilaf with seasonal vegetables, and a Dijon cream sauce

Green Peppercorn Striploin - charbroiled NY strip, bacon and cream cheese smashed potatoes, seasonal vegetables, and a green peppercorn bourbon demi

Grand Marnier Crème Brûlée with chocolate ginger shards
