Taekwondo for Youth ~ Cowichan Neighbourhood House Assoc.

What is it???

Taekwondo loosely translates to the art of using your hands and feet in the right way by following the path.  Come and learn the art of self-defense. Each class will consist of warm-up activities, stretches, drills, and skills such as blocking, punching and kicking.

Great for self defense and a chance to decide if you wish to get more involved in this sport.

When: Saturday nights  7:30-8:30   March  2nd- April 6th

Where: Cowichan Neighborhood House - in the Old Fire Hall

Upstairs Auditorium

Sign up in advance for all 6 sessions. Free of charge. Limit of 8 students so hurry .
