NEW this week...something cheesy is coming to the farm!
We are teaming up with Haltwhistle Cheese from Glenora. After going for a tour, meeting all the goats and enjoying delicious samples, we've chosen a few products to start offering on a regular basis. Orders due by Monday night (or Tues morning is ok):
Feta - 200g/$10.95
Cows' milk curds (amazing on poutine, pizza or salad) - 200g/$7
Chèvre - 250g/$9.95
Fromage Frais - 250g/$8.5

We are taking requests for: Blue Oyster, Pink Oyster, Phoenix (or Gold Oyster), Lion's Mane & Reishi (medicinal)
They will be available to pick up next weekend. (there will be other pick up dates too)
$35/kit (includes grow box, moisture tent, spray bottle and instructions)

Whoa, we really mastered the dumpling cooking technique tonight. SO good! Let us know how it's going for you and if you'd like any tips.
We are ready for another order so we'd like to hear from you. What do you vote for next (we still have a few vegan packs):  Lemongrass & Chicken, Pork Belly OR a new flavour, Shrimp & Chive (these ones are $18 vs the regular $16).
