Merry Christmas everyone!
I will be around on Sunday afternoon if anyone would like steak or other meat cut to order.
After Sunday night we will not be open except on call (but we're totally happy to come in if you need something).
I have cut some single rib prime ribs. They are in the cheese fridge for those of you looking for something special on Christmas, but not massive quantities of it.
There are a few ribeye left, along with a couple of strip loins. One top sirloin (those went fast!) along with duck, and the usual ground beef, turkey and venison.
