In the fridge right now we have heritage New York strip loins, as well as heritage prime ribs, and top sirloin both grass-fed, and 63 Acres premium.
By special request, We have cut a number of individual smaller steaks in the display fridge for smaller appetites!
In the freezer we have a good volume of a new kind of breakfast sausage by the case, or individual packages.
We also have ground venison, and ground beef.
I'm looking at a way to allow recurring orders, and online ordering in advance when we have certain specials or pricing availability.
Keep your ride at this space as we figure that part out. In the meantime, if there's something you're looking for, or something you would like on a regular basis, let me know!
