Thetis Island Improvement District AGM and Trustee Election
Friday, March 21, 2025 at 8:10AM The Thetis Island Improvement District (TIID) will be holding its Annual General Meeting and Trustee Election on Saturday May 10th, 2025 at 11 AM at Forbes Hall Community Center.
Trustee Bill Dickie's term is up this year and he will be standing for re-election.
Anyone wishing to seek election as a trustee must obtain an expression of interest form from Anne-Marie Koeppen (gotoannemarie@hotmail.com) and make a submission of interest to her no later than 12 noon on Friday April 4th, 2025.
If necessary, there will be an advance poll on Saturday April 26th, 2025 at Forbes Hall from 10 AM to 12 noon, in addition to the voting opportunity at the AGM.
To be eligible to stand for the position of trustee and or vote in an Improvement District election you must be a Canadian citizen, 18 years or older, a resident of BC for at least 6 months prior to the vote and own land in the Improvement District.
