We are in need of a couple strong backs to help unload a 26’ moving truck - looking at Wednesday.
Thinking of 1PM for a couple hours.
Willing to offer $30/hr per person.
We’re in Surrey as I type and hope to be home late this evening.
Text at 250 202-3859 if you are available.
Thanks!! Rob Patterson
I lost my wallet at the post office on Monday.
It would be really great to get my drivers license, ID, vax card etc back.
Please drop the wallet in the mail box it would save me a lot of grief.
250-252-0758 if you have found it.
All stocked up from 10 (just part way up our driveway with room to turn around)
Salad Greens
Cherry Tomatoes
Potatoes
Onions
Zephyr zucchini
and more...
Write your info on the sheet provided to add to your account or use the drop box.
With thanks,

We have been living in Sooke as a local free range egg farm for 15 years. Sooke is becoming a little too busy for us and we are ready to move to a smaller community close to Vancouver Island. Thetis island has the community vibe we are looking to become a part of. We have a sweet little paint horse called Sebbie who we would like to bring with us when we move (no we haven’t found a house or listed ours yet). Is there horse board available on Thetis?
Thanks so much!

For the month of August there will be no early morning fitness 6:30-7:30 am.
In September I would like to see if anyone would be interested in learning Kundalini yoga in that time slot Mon, Wed, Fri 6:30-7:30 am.
If this interests you, please contact Dawn at dawn_gordon@telus.net
Thank you
Dawn

It was great to see all the kids out at Family Fun Day on Saturday. Some are here on family holidays with relatives or visiting friends, and some live and go to school here. Everyone was having fun.
But here’s a question for you…if you asked the child what your Lot number is, would they be able to answer? We know they know how to call 911, but can they direct an emergency crew to the right location? You might not be able to coach them at that time. Why not have a fun safety quiz at dinner?

Theo Monk is still missing. It's been a week.
photos and description here: http://www.thetisposts.ca/front-page/2022/8/2/missing-cat.html
Thanks to everyone who's been watching for him.
And for the encouraging stories of cats who've waltzed in after a long time.
Maybe your kids/grandkids would like to call him?
His name is quite fun to say, and our neighbours would absolutely love that! call/text anytime. 250-416-9528
