TICA ~ TIRRA Membership

- have you paid your 2012 membership fees? The TICA membership includes a subscription to the popular Quarterly Magazine--if you have not been receiving yours, this is most likely an alert indicating fees were not paid!
New to the Island? TIRRA and TICA are operated by Island volunteers----
TIRRA - Thetis Island Residents' and Ratepayers' Association dues cover administration costs for issues such as highways, ferries, community planning, operation of St. Margaret's Cemetery and, most important, the oversight of the solid waste system...our "Trash Depot & Free Store".
TICA - Thetis Island Community Association volunteers are responsible for administration and maintenance of Forbes Hall Community Centre, the tennis court, play area, community library, the road and grounds around the hall and now for the full funding for the Internet access.

Telegraph Harbour Bench Book & Binoculars gone?
Thursday, August 16, 2012 at 6:33PM The Bench Book and Binoculars (have been on the Bench for 8 summers!) were noticed missing early on the 14th August.
They have gone Walkabout in the past, but always returned, usually taken to one of the Marinas, as found property!!
Has anybody seen them??
